Free shipping threshold
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 AUD. Orders below this threshold incur a flat shipping rate of $15.00 AUD.
Processing time
In-stock orders are packed and shipped the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day after that. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Made-to-order items
Most shades are cut to your vehicle's exact window shape, so an item that is not currently in stock is made for your order rather than picked from a shelf. You can order these items as normal — they are not held back — and they are dispatched within 1–3 weeks. Items already in stock are shipped the next business day.
Your cart shows which items are made to order before you pay, and the estimate appears again on your order confirmation. If an order contains both kinds of item, we dispatch it once the made-to-order items are ready so it arrives in a single delivery. If anything is going to take longer than the estimate above, we will email you with a revised date.
Standard delivery time
Standard shipping within Australia takes 3–7 business days from dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier availability.
International shipping
Currently, we only ship within Australia. International shipping may be available in the future. Please contact us if you have inquiries about overseas delivery options.
Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment through the carrier's website. Most carriers provide real-time updates on delivery status.
Delivery issues
If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact our support team immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as needed.
